Happy 5 to you!

On this day 5 years ago you made our family complete. On the way to the hospital, mom and dad finally picked out what name we were going to give you. We had 3 names picked, I looked over at dad and asked him, "well...what is our baby girl's name?" He said, "I think Abigail will be the perfect name". The meaning of the name Abigail is A Father's Joy, and she has been her fathers joy, and her mother's too.
We were so happy. Your big sister, Phoebe was so proud and happy to have a little sister. She still is.
You were a happy content baby...as long as someone was holding you! If you were put down alone, you cried and cried until you were held again. You don't cry anymore, but you still like to be held and cuddled.

Then you grew and grew, and turned 1.
Then you were 2.
Age 3 came fast.
You turned 4 and it came and went way too fast.
Today you are 5. You are a beautiful, smart girl. Mom and Dad can't believe you are 5 already! Where did our baby go?
We love you Abby. Stay funny. Enjoy school. Learn much. Keep loving God and following Jesus. Keep drawing, because we love your art. Keep singing with your sweet little voice. Keep on twirling, spinning, dancing, and skipping to the place you want to go. It gives us joy to see how happy you are in life. We should all have your attitude.
