Spring has arrived! Well, it says so on my calendar, but it's not springing up much round my house yet. Two weeks ago, the kids were ice skating, and today all of the snow and ice are gone except for maybe a few hidden shady spots. The grass is brown, and the trees aren't budding, but the robins are back and singing prettily. Sure, we may get another snow storm or two, but with the hope of it being Spring, it won't stay forever. Enjoy!

March 25: Yup, about 3 inches of snow fell last night. Most of it is melted already though. There is an old wives tale that when you see a robin in Spring, it will snow three more times. So, 1 down, 2 to go. Ugh.
